1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GharAm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. GharAm reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Service Description

GharAm is a platform that connects customers with verified home chefs for food ordering and delivery. We facilitate the ordering process, chef matching, payment processing, and order tracking. GharAm does not directly prepare or deliver food.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use GharAm. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary.

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to chef availability and acceptance. Prices listed on the platform are set by individual chefs and may vary. Payments are processed through our secure payment partners. You may also choose pay-on-delivery for eligible orders.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an order before the chef accepts it. Once preparation has begun, cancellation is no longer available. If you experience issues with your order, contact support within 2 hours of delivery for resolution. Refunds are issued at GharAm's discretion based on the nature of the issue.

6. Chef Responsibilities

Chefs on GharAm are independent service providers, not employees of GharAm. Chefs are responsible for food quality, hygiene, timely preparation, and compliance with applicable food safety regulations. GharAm conducts verification but does not guarantee chef performance.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription plans provide unlimited orders and benefits for the selected duration. Subscriptions are non-transferable. GharAm reserves the right to modify subscription benefits with 30 days advance notice. Unused subscription time is not refundable.

8. Referral Program

Referral credits are earned when a referred user signs up and places their first order. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. GharAm reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system may result in account suspension.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use GharAm for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or chefs

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on GharAm are the property of GharAm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

GharAm is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of food prepared by chefs. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for delays, food allergies, or issues arising from third-party services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of GharAm shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
